My coaching—like all true coaching—is compassionate, enlightening, and empowering. ❤️‍🔥☀️⚡️

 

These three qualities create a transformative space for you to think things through and grow within.

I'll explain these qualities in more detail.

 

Compassionate

Firstly, coaching is compassionate because it is a warm, judgment-free zone. ❤️‍🔥

I genuinely care about my clients. I love to help people. I am kind. In my coaching it is okay to make mistakes, to reveal flaws, to struggle, and to be human.

Due to experiencing so many obstacles/struggles in life I developed strong compassion/kindness for anyone who’s struggling, and I bring this to my coaching.

 

As humans whenever we are around these qualities it is a powerful force for change.

Enlightening

Secondly, coaching is an enlightening process. ☀️

 

Coaches use questions & reflections that expand the light of your awareness, bit-by-bit, and direct that light onto key areas within you.

This includes areas like: what you truly want to create in life (dreams/visions, goals), your values & life philosophy, inner strengths, past successes, obstacles, narratives, beliefs & mindsets, patterns, resources & past solutions, your imagination, and your Inner Wisdom/intuitions coming in at the moment.

 

This skillful guiding of your awareness makes you more and more conscious.

It creates new connections in your mind between those areas listed above.

Your mind begins to process them, integrate them, and orchestrate them into more conscious ways of thinking, feeling, and acting—and into new solutions & action plans.

Mindset-Control

In my coaching I emphasize mindset-control.

Your mindset is your dominant thought & feeling about something.

In coaching when necessary we will use tools to change your mindset so that it improves your life and moves you towards your goals.

 

We do this through a process of:

  • Questioning

  • Re-thinking

  • Affirming

  • Visualizing

  • Acting


One helpful mindset question I sometimes use is: 

  • “How would I have to view 👓 this to get the result I want?” 

 

For example, how would you have to view a specific task you’ve been dreading, to get the result of gladly & rapidly completing it? 

 
If you are patient & persistent with that question, the new thought/mindset that emerges from it can transform your situation. 

New mindsets can open our awareness ☀️ up to whole new realities of beautiful possibilities.

Visualization

Visualization is an immensely powerful tool for creating changes.

It is not an overstatement to say that visualization is a superpower.

It enables us to dream up new visions to transform into reality.

It is also highly evidence-based and practical. 

It is used by professional athletes, fighter pilots, musicians, actors, special forces, surgeons, and many others to enhance performance.

In our coaching you will use visualization in powerful ways:

  • Visualizing your best life

  • Visualizing your best self

  • Mental contrasting, to build motivation for a task/goal

    • Visualizing failure and the costs

    • Visualizing success and the benefits

  • Visualizing obstacles and yourself applying strategies to overcome them

  • Visualizing a new habit

  • Visualizing an action step—mentally constructing the whole process from beginning to end.

Visualization is a key tool for taking command of creating your life.

It constructs new mental blueprints to help you create that result.

This skillful, targeted use of visualization will bring you many benefits:

  • Increased motivation & commitment

  • Increased competence/performance

  • Increased confidence

  • Decreased anxiety

  • Increased readiness to act

  • Increased discipline

 

Visualization can strengthen a new dominant thought & feeling about something—a new mindset.

With this change in mindset, what used to seem impossible can become possible.

For example, the mindset of "I Can't" or "I Don't Know If I Can" regarding an action step be trained through visualization to become "I Can and I Will."

Overall, I see mindset-control as like steering wheel control.

Just like controlling your steering wheel 🚙 helps you drive your vehicle where you want to go, controlling your mindset 👓 helps you drive yourself where you want to go.

 

It helps you drive yourself through:

  • Procrastination/Avoidance

  • Fears

  • Self-doubts

  • Old negative thoughts

  • Distractions

  • And other obstacles


...to reach your goal/desired result.
 

Mindset-control doesn't mean you never have opposing or unwanted thoughts.

It means you use self-talk & visualization throughout the execution process to strengthen a dominant thought & feeling that moves you forward. 


Mindset-control is a core skill for driving yourself to success. 😁

Alignment Process​​​​​

 

​The alignment process involves a combination of tools like deep self-inquiry, worksheets, planning, techniques to reprogram the subconscious mind, and other key behavior-change strategies.

When you're in high-alignment (especially in your subconscious mind) it's easier to be more self-disciplined and achieve your goals.

The alignment process uncovers hidden ways you may be resisting/sabotaging your goals, so we can work on them a bit. This reduces the inner tug-of-war.

As parts of you begin aligning, their forces gradually combine and work together to achieve your goal.​

Mission Control

As part of my coaching you and I will maintain a shared online document (that is only accessible by us two), that serves as the central hub for your coaching journey.

It is both a goal-planner and a progress tracker. 

It will track your progress in a clear, visual way, so that week-by-week you become more laser-focused. ⚡️

I call this document "Mission Control" (or sometimes "Command Central"). 😁

It is like a Mission Control Center 🚀 for your goal.

Victory

 

 

I believe that VICTORY is an innate part of your SOUL.

 

As creators we were made to become SUCCESSFUL at creating things.

Not perfectly successful, as humans.

"Failure" is just learning and a normal part of the growth process.

And we all grow at our own rates and in our own ways.

But you are a SUCCESSFUL CREATOR in your core.

 

You just need the right choices that will align your forces and achieve your goal.

But first answer the question: 

'What's my hill?'"

​​It can help to ask yourself:

  • "What would I have to do to ensure I am successful with this goal?"

While you can't guarantee success or predict all variables, this question can expand your awareness to see what choices would give you the highest probability of success (based on your current level of understanding).

This kind of question, properly utilized, can mobilize your inner forces on a whole new level. ​​​​

Strengths

 

We are all so unique, including in our strengths.

We always start my coaching programs by learning more about you & your strengths, and appreciating them. 

Although coaching is about change, it is also about self-acceptance and self-appreciation. 

It's important to appreciate ourselves right where we're at.​

We all need THIS ENERGY ❤️‍🔥 in our life. 

We need to appreciate ourselves the way Mister Rogers appreciated us.

A nice way to practice self-appreciation is by putting your hand on your heart and speaking to yourself out loud what you appreciated about yourself today:

  • "I appreciate that you _____________".

​This loving energy of appreciation is powerful fuel ❤️‍🔥 for well-being & growth. ​​​​​​

It's important to appreciate ourself regardless of what level we're at in our growth. 

A master in a certain skillset is already excellent at creating things in that area.

A beginner in a certain skillset is not yet excellent at creating things in that area.

This is normal.

 

Most of us are not yet masters at the skillsets we're learning, or the traits we're developing.

Most of us are not yet masters at creating/achieving our goals (me included).

​​But we ALL have the potential to become better at it.​​

Having a coach helps us actually do-what-it-takes to succeed & grow to our next level.​​​​​​

NEXT LEVEL

 

​I named my business Next Level Personal Coaching because the concept of growing to your “Next Level” fits so well with coaching.
 

Growing to our next level is the journey of life.

 

We are always growing in many different ways.

Each level of progress brings us enjoyment and value—some benefit we treasure.​​​​

The next level we set as a goal doesn’t have to be something grand.

 

It can be a small change— an incremental change.

 

It can be as simple as asking:

 

  • “What’s one step better for me in this area?”

But the next level we set as a goal can also be a big change—a radical change.

 

  • “What’s one change that would truly transform my life for the better?”

  • “What’s one change that would make my life more awesome?”

  • "What's one change that would make me feel like I'm living my dream life"?

Contemplating high-vibrational questions like this can spark the desire to change. 

 

What do you desire to change?​​​​​

While desire is one of the main forces that drives behavior and achievement, it is also the cause of so much suffering.

It is important to be selective in the desires we act upon.

 

Unwholesome desires are desires that tend to produce suffering.

Wholesome desires are desires that tend to produce well-being.

Even a wholesome desire, if fed to become too strong, can lead to much suffering when the desire is not attained.

Life requires skillfully managing our desires—strengthening wholesome ones, extinguishing unwholesome or unnecessary ones, and keeping a balanced perspective about what's truly for our best. 

Best Self

The more you improve yourself the more it improves your life and the lives of those around you (the world).

 

Growing to your next level creates a positive feedback loop. 

Best Self 🔄 Best Life 🔄 Best World

Together, we are all on a journey of bringing out our best—our greatness.

It doesn't happen all at once or from just one 3-month coaching program. 

I am not promising a miraculous transformation in my coaching program.

True transformation is a long-term journey. 

But the support of a coach accelerates that journey—the journey of growing into the best version of yourself.
